Immediately after successful payment, you are redirected to a download page and a download link is sent to your email. The link is valid for 30 days with unlimited downloads.

I didn’t receive my download email — what should I do?

What software do I need to open the files?
Each product page lists the required software. Common requirements include Microsoft Office (or free alternatives like LibreOffice), Adobe Acrobat, or a web browser for HTML templates.
Are the files safe to download?
Yes. All files are scanned for malware before being added to our store. Files are delivered as ZIP archives containing the product files.
